You may use this Site to learn about our villa construction, renovation, and majlis construction services, view past project examples, and contact us to request a site visit or quotation. No Contract Formed by Website Use
Browsing this Site, submitting a contact form, or requesting a free site visit does not, by itself, create a binding contract between you and Al Mas Star. A construction or renovation engagement is only formed once both parties sign a written, project-specific contract setting out the agreed scope, drawings, pricing, and timeline.
Quotations and Pricing
Any cost ranges, per-square-foot figures, or timelines referenced on the Site (including on our cost guide and community pages) are indicative and based on typical Dubai market conditions at the time of publishing. They are not binding quotations. A firm price is only issued after a site visit, a defined scope of work, and dimensioned drawings, as outlined in our process.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the text, photographs, graphics, logo, and layout of this Site are the property of Al Mas Star Building Contracting L.L.C. or used with permission, and are protected by applicable UAE and international copyright and trademark laws.
