Who We Are
Al Mas Star Building Contracting L.L.C. is a structural and civil construction company working across Dubai’s villa communities — new-build villas, majlis block additions, structural renovations, and waterproofing. We’re based in Nad Al Hammar, on Ras Al Khor Road, and we work in Al Warqa, Muhaisnah, Al Mizhar, Al Khawaneej, Al Barsha, Dubai Hills Estate, Arabian Ranches, Emirates Hills, Jumeirah Village Circle, Business Bay, Jumeirah, and Palm Jumeirah.
Most companies advertising “villa renovation” in Dubai are interior fit-out studios that also take on renovation work. Al Mas Star’s core trade is structural and civil construction — foundations, structural concrete, shuttering and formwork, MEP coordination, and majlis block construction. That’s the discipline every renovation and remodelling project runs through as well, whether it’s a full villa rebuild or a single load-bearing wall coming down for an open-plan kitchen.
How We Work

- Real dimensioned drawings before any contract is signed — not a rendered sales image with no structural detail and nothing legally tying us to what actually gets built.
- Permits and NOCs planned from the first site visit — developer NOC, Dubai Municipality or Trakhees permit, and DEWA sign-off, with a realistic timeline communicated up front rather than discovered mid-demolition.
- A written, milestone-based payment structure — tied to verified progress, not a large deposit paid before work starts.
